Building your credit and getting pre-approved for your home loan.
In the following three videos, Brad talks to Robert Baker from Housing and Credit Counseling about the importance of building your credit and how to save up money when looking to buy a home. Be sure to check out the "Grow Your Dough" training module under these videos to learn more tips on saving up your money even if there isn't a lot to save.
In the next two videos, Brad talks to Jeff Strole from KU Credit Union about the home loan pre-approval process. Jeff is the loan officer in Brad's homebuying process.
